Chad Carey is the principal owner/operator of the Empty Stomach Group, a collection of over 15 independent bars and restaurants in the San Antonio area along with Plus du Vin in Brooklyn. A fixture of the San Antonio food & beverage scene, Chad has worked tirelessly to elevate the level of hospitality and execution in the Alamo City. An early supporter of TIP, Chad has helped to raise funds and increase the visibility of the organization since its inception in 2011. We are honored to have Chad as a member of our Board of Directors, where he chairs our Fundraising Committee, and helps us learn to drink really good wine when we are not sipping agave.

Chad Carey es el propietario y operador principal de Empty Stomach Group, un conjunto de más de 15 bares y restaurantes independientes en el área de San Antonio, además de Plus du Vin en Brooklyn. Figura clave en el panorama gastronómico y de bebidas de San Antonio, Chad ha trabajado incansablemente para elevar el nivel de hospitalidad y ejecución en la "Alamo City". Como uno de los primeros impulsores de TIP, ha contribuido a recaudar fondos y a aumentar la visibilidad de la organización desde su creación en 2011. Es un honor para nosotros contar con Chad en nuestra Junta Directiva, donde preside el Comité de Recaudación de Fondos y nos enseña a disfrutar de excelentes vinos cuando no estamos degustando bebidas a base de agave.
